I am exited to share another recent shoot with you today. Being such a fan of vintage style clothes, I was so pleased when I got the opportunity to work on a product shoot for Lolly Doll clothing. Part of the shoot took place at Soho’s Secret Tea Room, which is above the Coach and Horses, a famous vegetarian pub in Soho. After walking through the bar downstairs, and two flights up a narrow staircase, we came to a delightful little room that your granny will approve of. The cake table was groaning with a decadent selection of treats, and the dainty teacups were just waiting to be filled with pots of tea….anyway, before I get too distracted by all the sugar, back to the clothes!
I particularly like the 40’s detailing of the Lolly Doll range, the Margot pencil dress in the photo below is my favourite. For those blessed with an hourglass figure, the little tie blouses paired with a high-waisted pencil dress or Capri pants are sure to turn heads this summer.

Keep your eyes peeled for Lolly doll’s summer range, there are some lovely retro sun-dresses and circle skirts on the way.
